Oh man I came here today with an intention of doing nothing but luck would have it  there was work waiting for me!! I can't be bothered, I just can't!! I guess I will leave everything for Monday!! Anyway, health wise I am almost back up an running!! still a couple of days with medication but I feel as good as new

Weekend is here, hopefull I won't have to work at all Saturday looking forward for sunny weather and walks on the beach!! or coffee at the beach and then walk I dunno hard to decide lol
